As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Team Leader for our MS Dynamics Software Development Team(s). Do you enjoy working with people and are equally interested in current IT and development topics? • Manage and lead (organisational and disciplinary) a group of developers and consultants globally
• Setting up and recruiting new developers/consultants for the MS Dynamics platform
• Supporting the team members in their personal development as well as in the fulfilment of their operational tasks, in order to achieve the ambitious goals of SoftwareONE
• Establish and improve the software development processes together with the teams
• Participate in the design, implementation, documentation and testing of software solutions - in other words, you know what it's all about
• Take responsibility for compliance with quality assurance processes
• If necessary, you take on the coordination and management of external service providers
• Work closely with the programme management as well as the product owners in order to jointly create the best solutions for our internal customers

 your experience

• Profound experience in managing challenging software development projects
• Experience in leading and developing staff

 your knowledge

• Good overview of current capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform especially Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Sales and Business Central
• Proven knowledge about state-of-the-art development practices on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
• Good knowledge of agile software development methods, especially SCRUM and KANBAN
• Excellent communication in English, German is a plus
