IT - Project Manager (m/f/d) Software Development and Integration Projects in Petershausen

Position:

camLine is looking for a Project Manager with technical support experience. You will operate with a high level of autonomy to manage and organize software projects in the area of semiconductor, electronic, advanced materials and other areas with an international team consisting of camLine and customer personnel. In addition, you will support hands-on customer activities using camLine’s products during the rollout process.

Your tasks:

• Manage a project over the complete life cycle: starting from requirements analysis, development, test, release and mid/long term support
• Communicate between our customer and camLine’s development/management team and manage the customer’s expectations
• Create detailed time and cost schedules
• Plan, monitor, control, and coordinate project execution
• Present project status and progress to the customer
• Perform risk management
• Plan and apply quality assurance measures
• Participate in acceptance testing
• Support our customer in the usage of camLine’s software modules

Your professional qualifications:

• MS in computer science or comparable experience
• 3+ years of experience in managing software development or integration projects, preferably in the areas of semiconductor, electronic or advanced materials
• 5+ years of experience using factory automation software such as an MES, RMS, or SPC system
• Good communication skills and assertiveness when managing customer expectations and coordinating project teams
• Good analytical thinking skills, ability to learn quickly, and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel
• Experience in software quality assurance, test automation and user acceptance testing
• Good knowledge of SQL databases, Windows and Linux operating systems is required. Programming skills are not a necessity but is preferred.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
• Proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and willingness to roll up your sleeves to achieve goals and deliver great experiences for customers
