WHAT YOU'LL FOCUS ON

Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers

Ensure long term tech health, scalability and maintainability

Ensure engineering best practices and technical integrity

Ensure development of team members

Remove blockers and resolve conflicts of the team

Assist the product manager in creating, estimating and executing Epics and User Stories
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-
2+ years of leading a team of at least 4 software engineers
-
Experience building production ready software as well as maintaining and monitoring its behavior on production
-
Experience with Angular or NestJS
-
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
-
The ability to share and receive direct feedback with empathy and EQ
-
Very good communication skills in English (our office language). Good German communication skills is a plus
