Your Role and Responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:

• Entwicklung der Systemarchitektur gemäß dem kundenspezifischen Service-Entwicklungsframework
• Konzeptionelle Erarbeitung von Solutions auf Basis des bestehenden IT-Service-Portfolios
• Fortschreibung der Service- und Solution-Dokumentationen
• Planung und Durchführung/Moderation von Workshops

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Service und/oder Solution-Entwicklung sowie im Design von IT- und/oder Unternehmensarchitekturen
• Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Bewertung von Architekturkonzepten
• Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement
• Hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• ITIL-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
