In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Sales, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP HANA Sales solutions for clients. Your expertise will help clients optimize their sales processes, improve customer relationships, and increase revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Implement SAP HANA Sales Solutions: Design and implement SAP HANA Sales solutions that meet clients' business requirements, working closely with them to ensure a smooth transition.
• Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively utilize the implemented SAP HANA Sales solutions.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Optimize Sales Processes: Help clients optimize their sales processes, improving customer relationships and increasing revenue through effective SAP HANA Sales solution implementation.
• Exposure to SAP HANA Sales: Familiarity with implementing and configuring SAP HANA Sales solutions, including designing and delivering solutions that meet clients' business requirements.
• Experience working with Client Requirements: Understanding of how to work closely with clients to gather business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Implementation of Sales Solutions: Knowledge of how to implement SAP HANA Sales solutions that optimize sales processes, improve customer relationships, and increase revenue.
• Solution Training and Support: Exposure to providing training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively utilize implemented SAP HANA Sales solutions.
• Sales Process Optimization: Familiarity with optimizing sales processes through effective SAP HANA Sales solution implementation.
• SAP HANA Sales Configuration: Exposure to advanced configuration options for SAP HANA Sales solutions, including data modeling and reporting capabilities.
• Sales Process Improvement: Familiarity with analyzing sales processes and identifying areas for improvement through SAP HANA Sales solution implementation.
• Client Relationship Management: Experience working with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs, leading to improved customer relationships.
